IDB-IIC 2016 Project

This project brought on a whole new challenge for Hilltop Designs. The first time designing a stage, not just one stage but three different stages with each serving a different purpose.

The Inaugural Stage having the uniqueness of the beautiful sun and scenic beaches feel as  welcome ceremony for international ministers of finance. The custom "pill desk" we've named lights up and seats about 6-8 persons. The custom podium also lights up and frosted plates were created to change branding for future use  (as seen in the first image.)

The Plenary Stage was pattern in the backdrop was designed from the waves within the logo to make a unique design. This stage was designed for a closed session in which ministers from countries associated with IDB debate. The design of the 'C desk' (as seen in image 3) provided a clean, modern, unique design for such a prestigious conference.

We at Hilltop Designs consisted of a full out design which included a custom designed conference laptop bag. Feather flags, Transport magnetic signage, Conference maps and so much more were a few of the items we had the privilege of designing.

​

The Seminar Stage provided the conference with the feel of a "Ted Talk Stage" in which speakers presented their topics on another custom stage. This stage had huge lights that changed colors, curved stage, and back lit screen projection.

We had the privilege to work with the best: La-Son Group did all the CAD layouts & MoviGroup was the production company.
